BSR collaborated with the executive team from Hilton to develop their new culinary concept; The Smoke City Char Bar. BSR developed all aspects of this concept including the brand identity, brand story, packaging design, the mission and vision statements and the style guide for the architectural store design. Smoke City Char Bar is part of a new-school movement toward high value craft foodservice.

VISION
Smoke City Char Bar was founded with an adventurous spirit and a driven culinary objective: to bring the unique experience of locally-sourced and naturally smoked meats to our guests each and every day. In our kitchen food is revered, inventiveness is encouraged and superior quality is prized above all else. Smoke City Char Bar celebrates the legacy of smokehouse culture with every chef-driven creation and regional-inspired recipe. To set-the-bar in craft-smokehouse culture and to demonstrate that truly low and slow smoked meats can be made not only traditionally, but also in a healthy and adventurous way. Our memorable craft smoked meats are finished to order allowing you to create your masterpiece any way you choose. Sandwiches, salads, and entrée meals are all made to your specifications using our culinary driven and locally-sourced ingredients.
